Royal Pacific's Luau

Good evening.....
We will be taking our first holiday to Universal Studios.... We are staying at Universal's Royal Pacific at the end of August and have a question about the Wantilan Luau that they have. Is advance reservations required? If so, how far in advance can I make them. We are going in 2 months, would it be too early? Also, what day of the week is the Luau?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

For the summer they are having it tues. Fri. and Sat. nights from 6-8:30 p.m. You have to make a reservation ahead of time.(1-407-503-3463). Cost is 49.50 adults, 29.00 children. This includes tax and gratuity.
They have a good show- hula dancers, fire twirlers, etc. It is first come first serve so get there early for a good seat.

Mai Tais, Wine, beer and non alcololic drinks
tropical fruits with papaya seed mint dressing
mixed native greens and hearts of palm with citru
ahi tuna poke salad with ginger-soy vinaigrette
lomi lomi chicken salad
laui onions tomatoies and green scallions
kim chi napa cabbage slaw

You can make reservations 3 months out from your date.
I booked mine ,[we go in 2 weeks] about 6 weeks ago when i was changing my reservation about, i thought it was 30 days out , so i asked and was told 3 months.
