Royal Pacific booked in October!!

We just tried to book RP for Oct 21-24 for HHN. They are booked. We had to book Portofino holy expensive!!! We did not want to stay at Hard Rock -
last time we went there valet was extremely offended that we wanted to self park, then we had to wait 2 hours for luggage to get to our room. It was 12:00 at night when we came and with 2 little kids it was a terror not being able to fall asleep and wait for luggage. We don't know if the valet told the bellhops to stiff us and make us wait, but they were not that busy that late at night. It is for this reason that my family would rather take our own luggage up.

wow, that is awful...i have never had that happen to me at hrh. in fact, they are so very prompt and courteous. maybe you got them on a night they were short handed???


yes, rph books up quickly.
i booked mine on january 2, went back and checked out other dates and rph was sold out end of january for dates i was looking at.

HHN does that to the hotels for october. one reason i always book early.
