my husband is at All Star Sports right now. Can't find #3. Tammy, are you out there, do you have a claim ticket - HELP!

My husband is fit to be tied with me. He went to All Star Sports with my daughter, no stroller. (I'm not going to Orlando until tomorrow with my other 2 kids). I told him to go back in and ask to check himself. They would not let him in the luggage area. I spoke to CM on phone. She was very nice and helpful, but assured me that they segregate strollers from other luggage and she had only 5 strollers, none of them ours. Also asked if perhaps it could be in a large storage bag (although I don't think #3 has one) - she said no.

He has left - nothing else to do - plus very frustrated at the whole situation and ready to give up. If anyone has any information to assist I'd greatly appreciate.

Did he try checking POP? I thought the stroller was supposed to be left at the incoming swappers resort? Just a though... I'm still new to this, so I could be waaaaay off. Hope he finds it soon though!

You are correct, that is the usual way, but we squeezed in at the last minute as there were 4 days open, so everything stayed in the name of the swapper after us (who is staying off site) so it was to be left at Sports under her name, we were to pick up at Sports under her name and then drop off at Sports under her name...but I like your suggestion. I will try to check there.

Any chance it could be with #2 and #4 at either Movies or CB? Do you have the names of those swappers after her on #2 and #4?. Maybe she messed up and dropped them off all at the same place?
