First of all...thank you all for all your hard work finding the strollers! My heart was in my throat when I saw that #5 went missing!

Second, does anyone have a name brand for a stroller bag that would fit this stroller? I have a coupon for buy buy baby(just opened near us) and Babies R Us, so I wanted to see if I could find a bargain!

I did some searching on Amazon and found this one:

PLease Please everyone...This is not the norm. I have been running the swaps since Octoer and never have had the problems I have had until recently and it is all due to basically one swapper. I hate the fact that this is scaring ppl away. This was just the case of ONE BAD SWAPPER.

Here is what happened.

This was a last minute swapper who was under 10 posts. She posted enough to get her count up and both DEbra and I squeezed her into the swaps. I had to PM her a couple of times to make payment to Debra which she finally did. she did though make quick connections with the swappers before and after her in both swaps so we weren't to concerned. Her dates were 3/8-3/10 swap #5 and 3/11-3/14 swap #4

Nelep delivered stroller #4 for imtunes75 to pick up on 3/6 at fort Wilderness. But since he had a friend who works at WDW and was getting free strollers ...he decided he didn't need the stroller so he called BLMCANALLY and asked her if she wanted it the entire time instead of picking it up on 3/11. BLMCANALLY was suppose to have #5--picking it up at pop on 3/7 to 3/10 and taking it over to the poly. so at this point, she has two stroller...since she was picking up #4 early.

On 3/8, I get a phone call from FW that the stroller was never picked up. I call mitunes and he said he would be picking it up that night. Great!

On 3/11...Deb gets a phone call that #5 isn't at the poly and missing. We both are calling BLMCANALLY but she doesn't return our calls. I call mitunes and he said he didn't pick up #4...BLMCANALLY did. But he did double check while he was still at WDW, he called BLMCANALLY's DH and he said they had a stroller (#4). So all is good with #4! We call resorts, brain storm put two and two together and figure out she never picked up #5 since she had #4 for the entire time so #5 has to be at the Pop yet. Debra started calling and guess what....It was! SWAP #5 is back on track!

On 3/14 BLMCANALLY was suppose to leave stroller #4 at POR for MSRENEAU (this is the one from FW that Mitunes75 left for her to pick up early on 3/8) But the stroller is missing.

Tonight about 6 hours into calling everywhere...I start looking at other swaps because she has signed up for several swaps when she signed up for the Royal carriage swap. I find her in eyor44's swap. I pm'd eyor44 to see if she had any info on BLMCANALLY besides her cell, email addy and real name. Nope, but she didn't have any problems with the exchange in her swap. The person after BLMCANALLY never contacted her with a missing stroller from their swap.

So I put two and two together again. Since she had a stroller for the entire time with eyor44 swap...she didn't need the RC swap. If that is the case...and since MItunes never picked up the stroller, he left it for BLMCANALLY to pick up...it had to be at fort wilderness under MITUNES NAME! So when I PM NELEP with the hunch...she was like all over it! Within 5 minutes...she has found our stroller!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called FW earlier tongiht, I asked them to look for a stroller left for MSRENEAU. No stroller there for a guest by that name. They were right...the stroller is in a big black duffle back under MITUNES75 name! UUUGHHHH

IT IS AT FORT WILDERNESS NOW WAITING TO BE PICKED UP BY MSRENEAU!!!!

I am so glad you found your strollers. Unfortunately I think this scared a couple of people off of my swap too. Glad everything is okay with you all.

You're too sweet Maddi! I hope you didn't think I was blaming you or anything, you kick butt and take names when it comes to this swap and I really appreciate it. I'm sooo glad the strollers were found! At this point the risk still outweighs my desire to lug the double through the airport and push it around (as the kids are getting bigger it's getting harder to push ) so I'm still in and would never pull out without plenty of notice in any case.

honestly this isn't the norm. This was basically one swapper that has not followed one rule at all. MY GOODNESS...all she had to do was PM the PPL before and after and say I withdraw from the swap.

Please...I have a backup. If a stroller isn't there when ANYONE gets there..it just a matter of me overnighting you the backup stroller. The most anyone will be without a stroller is 1 day. I PROMISE!

Joanne - thanks so much for offering to find a deal on a bag for the stroller! I checked the stroller bag that is made by Instep for the Instep Safari Double Jogger. The dimensions of that bag are 34.25" x 14" x 29.75. See link below:

The bag that you found will be too small. If you can find a good deal on a bag that is at least the above dimensions - GO FOR IT!!!!
