Routes to parks from Cypress Pointe?

We'll be staying at Cypress Pointe in September. I know how to get to Downtown Disney from there, but for those who've stayed at CP in the past:

What did you find was the best/fastest route from CP to each of the 4 parks?

I don't mind taking back routes - I just want to avoid traffic congestion

I don't think you'll have much congestion in Sept unless you are in a counterservice line behind a bunch of people with free dining credits. I like going straight to I-4, taking immediate exit off for Disney exit and then following the signs. Hotel Plaza can get a little congested sometimes around DTD Disney so I don't head that way unless going to DTD. Really, in Sept almost everyone there is staying onsite for free dining, I wouldn't worry about congestion.

I-4 is probably faster for Studios and AK.

for MK and EPcot - I like to go to DD then turn right - at the first left turn - take it - should Disney Vacation Club Way (they changed it last year) - this road goes by the front entrance to SSR, and OKW - at the light go straight for Epcot - I like to turn right for the MK (oh boy got to rethink my direction this is the back entrance to MK and it is resort parking - not theme park parking)

Thanks Pat. Can I take Vacation Club Way to get to Yacht Club? Sounds like it might be easier than going to I-4 if just going for dinner. Thanks.

yes, but you need to turn left at the traffic light.

remember that the entrance to Epcot is not the entrance to Epcot resorts.

the Epcot resorts entrance is across from one on the entrances to MGM Studios.

there is also another way - at Cypress Point turn left instead of getting on I4 stay on this road (535) - turn at 536 (International Drive) right (big light you can't miss it) - on this road you will see the Marriott's World Center - this road becomes Epcot Center Drive.

Loved that route from SVR, wasn't sure it made the most sense from CPR but it was definately easy to jump on that road and follow signs. I think we left for the Beach Club at 7:15 and were checking in at 7:25 for breakfast -- very convenient! We did have trouble coming back from MK somehow, ended up in Celebration!
