route from csr to chef mickeys

What would be the best way to get to chef mickeys for a breakfast at 8:30 am from coronado springs. This is first visit to dw with sons and would like to catch the monorail. How early would we need to leave the hotel in order to get to chef mickeys 5-10 minutes before our ps @ 8:30am?

You can take the bus to MK and walk over. You can take the bus to MK and catch the monorail. Or you can take the bus to TTC and catch the monorail. Lastly you can drive to TTC if you have a rental car and catch the monorail. If you leave CSR by 7:30am, you should have plenty of time with any of the scenarios.

I would ride the monorail after you eat. You can make a complete cycle and arrive back at CR. Or you can go to MK or Epcot.
