Roundtrip or One Ways

I was wondering what people find to be the best deal, booking roundtrip or 2 one-ways.

It depends on who you are flying with.

Southwest, JetBlue, Song and Independence will book each leg at the published rate for that segment, therefore what you are actually doing is booking 2 oneway tickets. I have seen no extra charge if only booking a oneway ticket.

I have done this for this April as I am driving down with my DS who is starting at AMI Daytona in April. He's staying and I'm flying back Song @ 79.00

Just keep in mind that if you have one way tickets you more than likely will be subject to extra security screening. Just allow extra time and you will be fine.

Every time I've flown with a one way ticket, I got pulled aside for extra screening. There is some sort of code on the boarding pass they see.
