Rough Estimate: Time to Checkout/Drop off Luggage/Check-in to Flight?

I'd like to maximize my time in the park the day I leave so I'm wondering how much time I should realistically plan for the check-out process to take at FW.

I plan to have DW and parents check us out while I drop off the golf cart with Kenny in the parking lot. Hopefully I'll be back to the check-out desk as they are finishing so we can all check our luggage/check-in for the flight.

I gotta assume we all need to be present to get our boarding passes right? That is, we can't split up and have my parents take our licenses and get boarding passes for my DW and I? I figure at best they can wait on the ME/Airport line for us with the luggage.

Anyway, just curious on an average day (weekday the second week of December) what that process entailed. I'm thinking an hour but hoping less.

Thanks,
JD

For one thing, you can get express checkout, so that you don't have to actually check out of the resort. Your final bill will be delivered to your cabin early that morning.

So that eliminates one line.

I would say about 30 minutes for Resort Airline Checkin and yes, one adult for each family needs to be there. Your wife could get your boarding pass and one of your parents could get their boarding passes.
