RotR reopened?

I know RotR was closed earlier this week due to a lightning strike? Anybody at HS today to confirm that it has reopened?

It was open today. We were so lucky and scored boarding group 3. It was our first time riding!

My friend who is currently down there rode it the day after it was closed (Wednesday maybe? all my days run together), although he got evacuated after a fire alarm went off he was able to go back later and ride it.

Nope, they never told him. He was texting me pretty much a play by play and he said “the CM said they’re gonna tell us what’s going on” and a few minutes later I get a message “they’re leading us back in to the park, said we could come back and get in line once we see the ride is back up”. That was it. I do know he got in line again a little while later and the line just stopped moving so he got out of line, he went to go ride a few more rides he hadn’t done and came back later and it was fine. He was a back up BG because the skyliner took too long, got group 59 at 2pm, so it must not have been too bad since they got to more groups after his.

Oh my! That sounds like a pretty long day! But I'm glad he still got to ride it!
