once you were called in, where did your queue start?
A room with basically nothing, right before the room with Rebellion Pilot suits and helmets. After about 15 minutes it moved very steadily all through the preshow and first “ride” and into the stormtrooper room. I was shocked how fast it moved after waiting so long.
But once the moved on to the detention cells, we were sent to the right and didn’t move for a good 10 minutes while group after group of people behind us were sent on straight. I knew our side was down but it took them forever to actually move us over. Then, once they did we were loaded onto the ride vehicles, but they couldn’t get the side doors to lock shut. Took 3 different sets of CMs to come in and look at it before they let us go.
If I had been 5 people further back in line I would have probably been off the ride 30 minutes earlier, with a much more fluid experience. As it was, total experience time was just over an hour.
I think everything between the Rey room and the actual ride were my favorite parts honestly. The ride was cool, but a little underwhelming after how great the rest of it was. I was expecting more thrills. Impressive for sure, and the huge delay probably hurt the immersion for me. First Order CMs were amazing.
