RoTR new procedure?

I'm familiar with the DL procedure, what's are the tips and tricks from WDW? No longer have to be in the park and 2 drops at 7 and 1? Does that mean I can ride twice if lucky? Is there still a tip and trick mega-thread on here?

No, you cannot ride twice. You do not have to be in the park at 7 a.m., but you must be for the 1 p.m.
