Always enjoy the interaction and food choices at Crystal Palace, and it looks like everyone was having a great time!

We did indeed have a good time !!! I really like the supper there . I have to try breakfast some time also !!! KaTHY RAVES ABOUT IT !!!

Yet another REAL LIFE update , had a rather difficult day that started with arriving at work at 5:45a for my early day and had a RElief staff working the overnight, well she had done nothing much in her 7 hours she had been there already . I commented on the pile of towels on the couch and asked why they were there and she said " I haven't folded them yet" I am thinking I can see that but why have you not done so. But I kept my moth shut. For the next 2 hours I continually had to remind her of her job and what to do, which I know was ticking her off , but that is MY job. One of the things I told her was she had to start a certain individuals laundry. She looked at me and said "Thats the Main Staff's job , not mine" I corrected that and she ignored me . About 20 mins before her shift ended I again reminded her of her laundry , she said I have not done my logging yet , I replied that was fine she could stay to finish her work. Well she clocked out without doing the laundry and I told her she needed to. Her reply "If you want the **** laundry done do it yourself" I pointed out that this was insuboardination , her reply was " What are you going to do about it this is my last time working her e " She had got a position in another department next week' I was going to discipline her as it was most definitely out of line and I called HR to ask if I could arrange for her to receive it at her new location. The HR Manager was aghast and took it out of my hands and the Assistant CEO called and told me the girl is going to be terminated before she has a chance to be in the union and is harder to get rid of as they all were confident if as a relief she had that attitude it would be downhill with a Union position !! . I kinda feel bad for her but 3 of my staff who heard this and all who have heard say she absolutely deserved to be fired .

Well, as awful as it had to be, high five to you, Rosie, for doing your job and holding her to her responsibility - she definitely does not belong with that attitude and it was right for her to be terminated. BIG

Wow, I wish I could say that I can't believe the ignorance of people but sadly I see people act like that at the hospital I work at as well. In my case though they always seem to be union protected so they can act unprofessionally and rarely does anything happen to them.

The fact that she had not started the UNION position until the next week was a major reason for the termination. You are sooo right once they have UNION backing the union is obligated to fight for them . I hope it sends a message to other relief staff who feel they are not Regular staff and therefore don't have to do much. Unfortunately in to many houses they get away with thisd but NOT at mine , I expect my relief to do their job, the good ones don't need much telling at all !!

On Thursday October 15th we will depart Buffalo Airport at 8a 9( a reasonable hour for a change ) Arriving in Orlando around 10:40a 4 travelers will be with us Michael ( Marv's Michael) Craig, Amy and Sharon, we will meet 4 others in Orlando, as we knpow Dawn I will give her then tsak of ensuring they all stay put if we are not at the garte , but I think we have like 45 minutes and I will check with TA Mary that it is indeed in the same terminal !! The new will head for our Luggage (yuck) and onto Mears Shuttle. and off to



There we will check in leave our luggage ate Hotel or if rooms are ready in rooms , quickly organize 4p meds and head out to



With luck it won't be dark LIKE THE PIX After checking , perusing an obsessing about where to eat I have decided on The Bread Box , sounds like Earl of sandwich somewhat and is on the way from resort to US. I think I am going to buy cheese chunx and crackers and pepperoni to give the guys as a tide them over till a late lunch after an early breakfast. This way we will not have them starving . I think we will have to get our tickets again, which after the last time I am sure Carol will have it all figured out and we wont have to wait an hour to get it figured out . Then it is onto



I have a game plan but from my last 2 visits know it is usually much easier touring than Disney

Great plans! Transformers is similar to Spiderman. It is actually the same ride system. The story is different though, obviously. I found the story to be a bit too violent for my taste.

Do you do Dinosaur at AK? Spiderman ist kind of similar, but with the exception that there is a little bit of sideways movement, too, if I remember correctly. It is not like a roller coaster at all, but quite a bit jerking you around. Does that help?? I thought you said you had been on Spiderman at IoA in the past? But I guess I got that mixed up!

I am sad you wont be there . BUT next year I have already given P & P the dates to ensure they fall between Oct 10th & 20th. I do believe it is Thurs 13th thru Tues 18th . Also with us will be Craig who you met in Williamsburg. He is the one who picks our trips often.

I am also debating with myself Okay Marv I know you can't let that one go !!About Diagon Ally, I LOVED Forbidden Journey Which to me was a cross between Soarin' and Dinasaur . Anyone have any comments on this new ride ????

I think you will love the Hogwarts Express a lot! The whole experience feels very much like getting on a train in London.

If you can deal with Dinosaur and the Simpsons, I would say Spiderman is definitely wort a try. If you do well on Spiderman, then you can also try Transformers. However, with your track record it seems that you won't have great chances to actually be able to ride it, most likely it is going to be down again!

Oh, this is difficult. Technically it is a roller coaster. I know that that is going to scare you... BUT (!) It does not really feel that much like a roller coaster in parts, but other parts it does. All in all it really is a mild coaster. I think from the pure coaster thrill it is more comparable to the Barnstormer than Big Thunder Mountain. Maybe like the Mine Train without swinging? It does have a lot of screen technology which you know from Forbidden Journey. Generally the opinion is that Forbidden Journey is the "wilder" ride of the two.
