Anyone planning for 2017? Thinking that's when this Asian will be going again

Jordan, PLEASE, keep me in the loop! I would definitely be interested in taking a trip in 2017! It would be fun to get a trip lined up for then with a few more of the "Old Gang".

We will fly out on Thursday the 13th of October and return on Tuesday 18th!! One good thing about being a pro at P &P is I gave her the dates to coincide with your dates

Trying my best to get caught up a little on the DIS......

I'm in that club too - life has been crazy!


Michael and I hit it off really well on one of Rosie's previous trips! He is a super guy, and we came away from that trip as "Best Friends!" I have a picture of Michael and I during a very special Character Meet with Woody at DHS.

I'm finally able to catch on my lovely friends' threads and boy does it feel GREAT! I hope you are very well and that work will somehow soon slow down for you. Don't wear yourself out before we meet up in October!

That sounds scary about Steph! Let us know what becomes of that.

I think I did answer this , but right now she is sick but I think it is just the run of the mill bug as she just feels lousy and knows she does!! She went for another Neuro test that was absolutely normal. and she told the Doc. she was going OFF the Lamictal . The doctor was about to arg=ue when I put in my 2 ( well maybe more ) cents worth and told her exactly what I thought of Lamictal. I have seen it more than once Zombify people and the worst was someone whose dose was increased and she broke out in a horrendous rash and NO ONE associated it with the med and she is now Stage 1 diabetic with a totally shot pancreas . Yes Doc there are other meds that are less horrific !! Don't try telling me that it is rare if I have seen personally in my town several BAD reactions !! So now Steph is going for a sleep study, which I told her almost definitely will say she needs a C PAP.I have rarely known anyone sent for one NOT be given a C PAP.

Yes Steph is doping better !!! Michael was Michael on our trip. He was hilarious at the Mystic Fountain !!!

More great news Rosie. So many things happening in your neck of the woods.

If Jordan gives me plenty of warning I am sure if it is May, June , September or October I can swing a P & P one and possibly if not those months I may be able to swing a trip myself , somethings are in the works that will ease my budget considerably , but for now I am just waiting patiently!!!

She hasn't had it yet!! I so seldom am on the Dis as the pressure and stress at work are soooo bad that I come home and just curl up in bed !! I hate feeling this way, but I do not have any energy left when I get home to Dis .. So I take these moments at my second job just to keep in the loop a bit !!
Also one of my individuals passed away on Thursday, she had cancer at it was a blessing but nevertheless , distressing . I will be busy with the funeral and a LOT of paperwork this week along with a million other things . I am oncall for 5 houses till Wedneday to boot so life is even more stressful this week. I could use a few Dis Prayers right now . Love Ya all !!

Rosie, I got to the point where some things had to go. I know it's always a tough choice to say no to some things, but is there any way you can gracefully set limits on your time with your company? With very little sleep it's hard to keep healthy and happy. Please take care of you too!!!

The Funeral was Friday, it was hard seeing her roommate Tish crying , but I slide over and hugged her and them when the y sang amazing grace we sang to each other and Tish said I feel better now

Not much chance as Judy has to have major surgery on Thursday, the pain she ahas been having off and on since October has gotten worse and they are doing robotic partial hysterectomy .She doesn't think this is what it is but after numerous tests this is all they found . Steph's sleep study is the night before. I did tell my Boss I was OFF completely Thursday and Friday !! Burt that will be spent worrying about Judy, picking up Steph and taking care of Judy who says she is coming home Friday !!

I am exhausted , but I did a lot of catch up this week, and our oncall group finally got another supervisor included so I get an extra week off. It is this new oncall that has really messed me up, I get NO rest at all for a week and then don't have time to recover before I am on it again .

Oh Rosie, please take good care of yourself. That is A LOT you have on your plate right now.

Well I have a feeling my doctor is gonna set limits before too long she is not going to let me keep saying NO to time off !!

Just updating Judy came thru the surgery just fine and is home recouperating, the awful pain is gone so they had the right Diagnosis finally, of course she is in a lot of pain from the surgery, and is very sore , but she is happy that the AWFUL pain has gone . Steph had her sleep study , she took a selfie and sent it OMG she looked like a ROBOT!!! I have no idea how she slept with all that hardwire attached !!! No results yet , I think she sees the doc in March for those . Samantha has rented an apartment and is flying the nest!! So it is only Kyle left now . The house will be quiet without Samantha .

Yes she feels a little better each day, and is amazed that all the things I told her would hurt or happen just like mine are turning out to be correct. She tires easily after doing a few things , it hurts to vacuum so don't ( of course she tried ) laundry is okay other than opulling the wet clothes out of the washer !! My Oh My Mother does know best!! Steph still hasn't gotten her results and Sam is setting up her apartment !!

I am as busy as ever but although many around me are sick I am okay, but I am starting to just say to heck with it at work and relaxing and joking with the staff feels good !!! What doesn't feel good is the FRIGID weather we are having . Oh well St Paddy's day is only a couple of weeks away and I always say the end is in sight after that !!

Latest on Judy , she is healing well and could go back to work Easter week, but asked to be off that week as she had requested it as vacation and this way she 'll have a week . Bad news is she has a hernia and in 6 months has to have another op !!! Good News next weekend I am off and celebrating my 21 st birthday for 48th time We are going to Olive Garden for that try 3 entrees on 1 plate for $12.99

I am finally on the Dis at home. Had to do a lot to get back on as I had a virus so everything was wiped out !!! I plan to attempt to upload pix tonight and if not will find HELP!!!
