Just stayed 6 nights over spring break. It was a beautiful resort and I would gladly go back. I read all the bad reviews (on some other travel sites) and just thought, it's brand new, we are going for mostly the room (had plans most the week) and we will see. Husband talked to the business center, and they said they actually opened hotel (last Sept) before the planned date. A resort that large will have lots of bugs to work out, but I will say we saw none while we were there.
As far as the Conference center, it is spectacular.....one of the nicest I have ever seen. Far nicer than Gaylord facility. Decor is beautiful and upscale. Main ballroom one of a kind. If all walls are pushed back it is the largest non-columned ballroom in the US.
Our room was very large with high ceilings (we were on top floor) with beautiful decor, large bathroom, big wide screen tv and great beds to sleep. The housekeeping was wonderful and left us more than enough of everything, some days extra. Everywhere we walked the staff was friendly and said hello.
They have all your luxuries, conceirge, executive lounge, spa, exercise etc. All for an extra fee, but not unusual for a luxury resort. The food was higher than norm, but really didn't feel it was much different than at a Disney resort. We had wonderful sandwhiches (we split so large), with chips and a whole large pickle for about $8, on line with Disney, by the pool. I walked all through the market (24 hr) and prices were like you would expect at luxury resort or Disney (you do pay to park). Several restaurants, Starbucks, couple of bars, ice cream counter, several gift shops, business center.....
One day we stayed by pool, went out early for one of the cabanas. Was great. They have internet hookup in them and adding televisions later. Three large pools, one with zero entry, baby pool with spray and hot tub. Wait staff to bring you drinks and your food if you liked.
They had tennis, golf, basketball, horseshoe, playground, nature trail......
I'll load some more photos later and post. Anything you want to see in particular ??????
Very central to everything. Took my Dh to airport in 10 minutes and yet only 10 minutes from Disney or Universal.
PS Looking at all your posts we are all in a boat together, my DS (23) has Down Syndrome and lots of other issues.

View from our room, I suggest to ask for pool view rooms. To the left is a lap pool (can't see it in the picture), and there is another hot tub to rear of pool on the right you can barely see. The round one in middle is kiddie pool with water spraying in and totally fenced. Pool on the left you can see is free form and has zero entry. It is heated.
