I allowed my DH to choose our dinner location on my birthday, & he chose R&C. Looking at the menu on Allears the only thing that interests me at all is the Marinated Chicken Breast - served with roasted garlic bread pudding and onion broth topped with onion marmalade . It looks like a lot of garlic & onion though. I do like garlic & onions, but don't want to OD on them. Have any of you tried this? I would love a review. If not that, any recommendations for a non-fried, non-heavy dish? I hate to cancel, when that's the only place he chose.

I usually get the fish and chips. But DH has had the Tamarind-glazed Pork Loin - served with roasted potatoes and the Bangers and Mash and really enjoyed both of them.

Thanks for the info. I'll check out the pork. Incidentally, the fish & chips are the reason my DH chose R&C. He loves them from the take-out window.
