What are the major differences between Rose & Crown pub and dining room? Can you make an ADR for the pub? Would you go to eat at the pub with kids (they'll be 7 and 9 when we go)? Looking into possibly having lunch in the UK pavilion one day and I know there is not real seating at the CS location so I thought maybe the pub would be a good option but I've never been there. Also, is the pub indoors? Thanks!

. . . Pub has a very limited menu
. . . manly appys like cheese plates
. . . and, you CANNOT order food in the Pub from the restaurant

Can you make an ADR for the pub?
. . . no
. . . the tables are first-come-first-served
. . . and, when one opens up, there is a mad dash for it
. . . there are no waiting lines for tables
. . . it has four stand-up tables and five sit-down tables

Would you go to eat at the pub with kids (they'll be 7 and 9 when we go)?
. . . sure
. . . especially when the Hat Lady plays the piano

Also, is the pub indoors?
. . . yes

The Rose & Crown Dining Room is the sit down Table Service restaurant. There is both indoor seating and patio seating. It's very popular and usually you cannot get in unless you have a reservation. Many people like to watch IllumiNations from a patio table.

The Pub is the smaller indoor bar area at the front of the restaurant. No reservations accepted. It has only a few tables - maybe 6 or 7 and half of them are tall standing pub tables without chairs. The food menu is very limited and you cannot order from the dining room menu when in the pub. You can check the menu on allears or wdwinfo.

Kids are welcome since it is a DW restaurant, but it can get noisy and definitely has more of an adult vibe later in the evening.

The Rose & Crown restaurant is a sit down TS restaurant with both indoor and patio seating. It serves lunch and dinner and is family friendly.
The Pub is a Pub or bar. It has a very limited pub menu, mainly appetizers. There are only 4 or 5 tables with chairs and 3 or 4 standing tables with no chairs. Children are allowed, but it is a very adult atmosphere, IMHO. I don't think I would plan on a meal for a family in the pub, too many "ifs", if you can get a table, if you like what is on the limited menu etc.
