For food? I like WPC better...much better.

If you will already be in Epcot then stay in Epcot and eat at R&C.

But I loved WPC and had a so, so experience at R&C

just for food quality, i like wpc better - but it is hard to beat sitting outside of rose and crown under an umbrella looking across the water - it is great!
there is something to be said for eating at rose and crown and soaking up the atmosphere!
