The package is only for one seating before and during the fireworks show. It is a line of tables on the front lower patio with no one in front of them.
Any other ADR you might have is just a normal ADR with normal menu that could seat you inside or outside on the covered porch. And no, you won't be allowed to enter the package patio area to watch.
Previously there was a very small space that folks inside the restaurant could watch from but they would not let someone who has left back in at that point. They likely will still have this area, that guests dining at time of fireworks can go to but its small and not optimal. It has always been the most popular place to book/watch the fireworks because of the location, and difficult to get during the fireworks timeframe.
If your time in not in the window then I would focus on finding a spot early AND keep your eyes open for the Genie+ because they may bring back the FP+ viewing area AND watch for dessert parties they had like for Illuminations to return.
I’m booked for the 27th and friends of ours have the 28th. It’s weird though… I keep trying to search for the 26th (because it would work better) and it won’t even let me search past the 24th…
I don't understand the timing stated by Disney... Check-in begins 45 mins before Harmonius and the experience is 90 minutes. So, that would mean Harmonius is 45 mins long? I doubt that.

I was reading reviews of the previous Epcot Forever dining package. Looks like in the past they served appetizers and entrees before the show then dessert after. From what I heard they didn't want the waiters bothering people by bringing out dessert or clearing the table while the show goes on. I think I heard Harmonius was 20 minutes long, so I think the first 45 minutes is dinner, apps, and drinks, then the 20 minute show, then 25 minutes-ish for dessert and more drinks. Some of the previous reviews said that they also offer coffee and tea along with the dessert.
Can someone come back and post after you have done this new fireworks package with Harmonious, so we can hear how it was? I’m curious to know how good the view is, if I’m going to spend $500 for my family to have dinner. Thank you!

Seconding this request! I too would really love to know all the details, including how the view is and what the menu is like. I've seen the current dining room menu and what the Epcot Forever menu was like, but I know things always change a bit. Same with Spice Road if anyone is attending that dinner event as well!
