Rose and Crown - Samosas still on menu?

The allears.net menu for Rose and Crown is from October, so I'm not sure if it can be trusted. The menu on the WDW website doesn't list the vegetable samosas. Does anyone know if they're still there?

Also - Anyone know if they contain any egg or dairy?

1) They are usually made with
. . . spiced potatoes
. . . onion
. . . peas
. . . coriander
. . . minced meat or fresh paneer
2) However, the pastry is usually made with milk and eggs.
