Rose and Crown on New Years Eve

Does anyone know if they usually take bookings at Rose and Crown for New Years Eve in Epcot or even Spice Road Table. Neither of these have ever shown any availability but am beginning to think it is too close now for them to open at all that day

I had gotten some reservations for Rose & Crown for Dec 31 so I believe they're open. It's just a very popular day which is why I am guessing you are not able to see any availability. Over the span of 30 days, I've only gotten an alert once for Rose & Crown on Dec 31.

I’ve never seen availability for the Harmonious viewing package at Rose & Crown or at Spice Road for that date, and I’ve checked pretty consistently - even when reservations opened up for New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve remained greyed out. I’m guessing they expect the restaurants to be slammed with guests all day and they might not want to deal with enforcing table turnover to ensure fireworks package guests can be seated.

I agree with you on the fireworks packages for both spice road and Rose & Crown not being available on 12/31. I've been checking regularly as well. The regular dining room is open. This probably means you could align a dining reservation during the 6:30 pm fireworks show time and ask for a seat with a lagoon view to get a fireworks view without the price tag!

In my experience, everyone with a R&C reservation any time near 6:30pm on NYE is asking for the same thing. Two different years I made this request when checking in, both times I was told they couldn’t guarantee the seating location nor allow me to wait for one of those tables to open up. One year I got lucky and was seated on the patio, the next year I was seated inside. That said, I’m still on the hunt for a reservation for this NYE!

Thanks for the replies, has anyone tried the New Years Eve Fiesta at La Hacienda, not sure if the view would be good from there, although it would be 3 hours out of the crowds!

I’m going to the La Hacienda NYE event. Someone posted a few years ago that they enjoyed it.
