Rope Drop Timing Question?

We are staying at Pop Century and it's been a while since we've stayed there (2012 and even the last place we stayed CSR did not have it, 2017, then either) and there was no Skyliner then. I was wondering what would be the best time to be at the bus stop for MK's 8:30 am EE and AK 7:30 am EE for rope drop--ideally I would like to get there well before the EE? Still wrapping my head around how the Skyliner works for Epcot and HS (and I know it depends on the weather which may be hit or miss in early Aug) and would like to know what time to be at the station for the 8:30 am EE?

The last time I rope-dropped AK the parking lot opened before 6:30 a.m. for a 7:30 a.m. EE.

I think I was parked and at the tapstiles by 6:45 a.m. Disney buses had already dropped off the first wave of guests.

I was in the first group for Flight of Passage.

We were at Pop last month and while we did EE we weren't the first ones to get there. For the skyliner parks we got in line around 7am. We had some in our party who wanted coffee or to use the microwave before heading out so we often got in line around 7:05 or 7:10. The skyline opens at 7:30. There will be a line but it moves quickly once it opens. We did just about the same timing for our MK day (again, coffee and microwave). For our AK day we shifted it back one hour and obviously had to for go the microwave but found the Joffreys outside AK open. Again, we were by no means in the front of the pack but we were able to do things like Remy, FOP, Mine Train and ROTR at the respective parks with little to no wait. Sometimes we did que up at the ride waiting for it to open while other times we were held at the turnstiles. It depended on the park and the days for us. The timing worked out perfectly for us with what we wanted/needed but if you wanted to be more in the front of the pack you may want to shift everything (as mentioned above) just a little bit earlier.
