Rope Drop practices/times at each park....

On the many trips we've taken to DW, it seems like actual posted park opening times vs. actual or earlier opening times fluctuate, except Magic Kingdom. Anyone who has been there recently, could you please let me know what times you were let into each park, and were you held at a rope, or free to go get in line?

MK - Gates open-25 min early. Opening Show- 15 min early.

Epcot - Gates open-15 min early. No Opening Show

DHS - Gates open-15 min early. No Opening Show

DAK - Gates open-15 min early. No Opening Show (unless you count birds)

Just back. Last week, MK rope dropped to the full park 15 minutes early. DHS was 10 minutes early. Epcot was 15 minutes early. AK was already open when we arrived, so I don't know what the procedure was. The Half-Marathon had run through the park earlier that morning, so I'm not sure when they let in the guests. But it was before 9:00, as one member of our party arrived at 8:40 and got right in.

For DAK,we were let into The Oasis and Tree of Life Plaza at 8:37 AM and HELD there until the opening "show" with the Macaws right at 9:00 AM.

On the morning of the half, they let us in to AK early, all the way to the rides, but nothing was operating even AT opening time.

There was also a small welcome show (with birds,) which was weird!
