Rope Drop or EMH for AK week before Thanksgiving

Trying to make a plan for park days. Going the week before the week of Thanksgiving. We can do Animal Kingdom Nov 14th , a Wednesday with lower predicted crowds or the following Saturday the 17th with EMH but a presumably more crowded day as people are getting there a bit early for Thanksgiving week. We are hoping to get a FP for FOP for 2 of our party of 5 and hope to get to Navi first thing. What would you do . We are 2 adults and 3 kids (9,6 and infant) .

If it were me.

I would go during emh and park hop once the park got really crowded. If you don't have park hoppers, I would avoid the emh day.

Also, don't put much stock into the crowd calendars. Any difference between those two days, you likely wouldn't be able to tell
