We were able to do this at a slow time of year January and it worked great. I was wondering how it will work in mid May ? We have a couple joining us only for 2 days and they want to see all 4 parks! I already have fast passes for Rivers of light, Safari and Expedition. I really can't give those up. What do you think the wait times will be like doing Frozen, Test Track then Soarin. Has anyone tried it lately?

Rope drop frozen..you'll likely be on within 20 min. Head to test track and preferably ride single rider..I'd say you'll be on in 30 min. Then head to Soarin. For Soarin I'd probably estimate 45 min

We just did this on Monday of this week. We RD, went straight to Test Track (already a 10 min wait) and when we finished, was going to head to Soarin' but there was already a 90 min wait. FEA was at 50 min at this point too. Luckily, I already had a FP for FEA for 12:45 PM. So we went on the other rides. We went on Soarin' before we left the park and it was a 45 min wait (around 6:30-7). The wait times were from 90 to 120 minutes for both FEA and Soarin' (and Test Track) for most of the day. Soarin' and Test Track broke down for a portion of the day, as well. Granted, we are here at a pretty busy time. It almost seemed like everyone had the same strategy!

I would also rope drop FEA. Soarin will probably have a hefty wait til you're done with TT. We rope dropped Soarin, granted we weren't moving too fast, and still had a 25-30 min wait in the first week of Feb.

Definitely do FEA first at RD. We did that during the large holiday crowds and walked on FEA. If the objective is to save time, I'd get a FP for Soarin' for later, do FEA at RD, and then use the singles line at TT after FEA. In reality, unless you're at really low season, you're not going to be able to use RD to be able to quickly do all three headline attractions.

I think I'm confused...

If the park opens @9am (Future World) don't you have two hours before they drop the ropes to World Showcase? If that's still the case, I would do Soarin first, Single Rider Test Track, and then try my best to be at the rope drop area of World Showcase by 10:45am. Rope drops, head straight to Frozen Ever After...

We did this exact scenario last week during the Spring Break madness on an EMH morning and found it quite manageable. From the time stamps on my photos from that morning we were on Frozen by 8:07am, and designing our cars for Test Track by 8:37am. The next pic I have is of a Strawberry Shortcake from Sunshine Season right after we got off Soarin and that was at 9:45am lol. All standby since we had FP+ for MK that evening. Now granted this was on EHM so not sure how much of an advantage this put us as opposed to doing this on a regular morning at 9am, but I still think as long as you plan to get there early enough to be ahead of the crowds at rope drop this is definitely doable! :goodvibes

FEA opens at 9am or whenever Future World opens, it doesn't wait till the World Showcase opens.

Frozen and all of Norway opens up at 9am (or earlier if AM EMH). It doesn't wait and open with the rest of the World Showcase.

Few years ago when they first had Anna and Elsa meet at Epcot they had Norway wait and open at 11 with WS, and they saw people were just lining up at 9am and waiting 2 hours, so once Anna and Elsa moved back from MK to Epcot they moved it up to opening at 9

Ahhhhh!!!

That makes sense. Thanks!

We were there early March. One day we RD Soarin' and it was about a 30 min wait (we did not walk briskly). We got in line at 9:01 (RD was at 8:45) and when we exited at 9:40ish, the wait was still showing as 30min. I looked at the app a little later in the day and the posted wait time was about 45min. Another morning we did TT first thing, entering the park perhaps 5-10min after RD. The standby time was posted as 20min but jumped to 40min right after we got in line. In reality we waited about 35min. We didn't do single rider. We were done well before 10:00. On our Epcit days, I noticed wait times really starting to pick up around 10:30-11:00. So, it is probably possible to do all three without too much of a wait if you move quickly between attractions (we didn't).

Ok, I haven't gone since Frozen opened, so I have a question. How can you get to Frozen at Rope Drop? Doesn't World Showcase open later than Future World?

That was answered above in this thread. Frozen (and all of Norway) opens when the park opens, not when World Showcase opens at 11
