Rope Drop at MK on parade filming days

I saw that one of our MK days is going to be on a day when filming will take place for the Christmas parade. Does anyone know how rope drop works-- is there an opening show, and is Main Street cut off for the whole day, or do we still have access?

I saw that one of our MK days is going to be on a day when filming will take place for the Christmas parade. Does anyone know how rope drop works--

1. is there an opening show, and

2. is Main Street cut off for the whole day, or

3. do we still have access?

1. There can be.

2. It is until about 2:00, or so.

3. It will be jammed with parade guests.
You can still slither into the stores, but it will be nearly impossible
to switch sides of the street.
