Rope Drop at International Gateway?

What time does the International Gateway at Epcot open? We are staying at the Swan so that's the most convenient entrance gate for us. I'm considering PPO b'fast reservations at Garden Grill or Akershus, but would rope drop regardless. Can we enter at IG or do we need to find our way to the main gate since WS doesn't open until 11?

1. Same as the front gates, more or less.
2. Really, its the ONLY gate for you if you use Disney transportation.
3. The IG is accessible to all guests starting at FW park opening, independent of the WS "opening time" of 11:00AM.
The IG was specifically built to be the Epcot gates for the Epcot resorts.

At park opening, but fast passes are not available until 11:00.

At Rope Drop when you enter through the IG, you will have to go left towards UK to get to the Land Pavilion (which you would do anyway) or Norway as the WS is roped off between Morocco and France.
