Just got back from our short stay at BWLBV with the roomsaver rate of $69.99. No problems checking in with the rate, didn't even ask for any roomsaver coupon. For anyone staying at this Best Western there is a sign at check-in which states that due to high occupancy there can be no check-in before 3pm. We were allowed "pre check-in" when we got to hotel around 1:30, got everything but the key to our room. Then wallked down to DTD and had lunch, when got back at 3:30 room was ready. Room was on 17th floor with great view, was clean and quiet. Good deal for roomsaver rate.
If you don't have a Disney view and want to see fireworks you can walk out to fire escape stairs on upper stories and see all of Disney World and fireworks over MK and Epcot.
One other thing- they have a late checkout for a fee (I think is $50 I may be wrong) which allows you a late check out of around 3 or 4pm, can't remember for sure. Might be useful in some cases if you had a late flight out or wanted to do some activities and not worry about checking out or moving luggage first thing in the morning.
