Roomsaver $69.99 Special - Best Western LBV Resort Hotel! $69.99 a night!

How much is their resort fee, on top of their nightly rate?

Does anyone know what the cancellation policy is on this? It didn't say. I didn't want to put my CC info in until I knew. Thanks.

I was SO CLOSE to staying at the BWLBV before deciding to move to Pop because of the $69 offering. I was hoping a discount (general code) would come out for me to use at Pop so now I'm paying (AAA rate) $84.14 a night + tax instead of $69 :( oh well :)

Posted this somewhere else but here is some info on roomsaver rate at BWLBV. I made a reservation online for $69.99 rate about a week ago. I got an email confirmation for the rate and email stated there was a 5 day cancellation policy. However, when I called the hotel directly the reservation person stated the cancellation policy was 24 hours. The hotel also confirmed my roomsaver reservation. Interestingly, I called this hotel about 3 weeks ago and best rate with AAA was $105, and requesting the roomsaver code directly with hotel reservations was $79, $10 more per night than making reservation online at roomsavers.com. So if I really checked around there are probably 10 different rates for the same room for the same night, from $69 to around $115.

It's $5.95 according to their web site.

I think what the person means by the cancelation is 24hrs, is that you have to cancel atleast within 24hrs of arrival.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
I made a reservation for this resort a couple of nights ago for $109.00 for one night..We move to Wilderness Lodge the next night..We changed our minds and decided to leave earlier than we planned and that put us in Florida on Wednesday instead of Thursday or I would of made plans to stay at WL another night..I tried to add on but I couldn't get the price we paid for before, it was raised over $30.00 so I them to forget it and now I'm very glad I did.. This roomsaver price is actually to good to be true.. I'm going to call them on Saturday and confirm everything even the cancellation that I just did.. We don't go til July so I will have time to check up on things..Thank you so very much..I read these boards everyday before and after work, just trying to keep up with all the information...

$76 for an off-site Best Western? Call me a resort snob, but I don't think this is a fab price for a Best Western. Not when you can be at POP or the All Stars for only a few dollars more. To each their own, I guess.

Your welcome! Its a great resort, the rooms are fab, especially when compared to a value. The rooms are large, queen beds, room service, nice bathrooms, huge balconys with fireworks views, walking distance to DTD, and for the price, you can't beat it! Enjoy!

Personally I think it's a lot nicer then POP or All Stars, the rooms are a lot bigger, recently renovated too. Very close to DTD, Epcot & MK.

Agreed! I would take it over an over-crowded value resort any day!

{{shrug}} I guess it's just me then. I have stayed at the Hilton (for free, my DH's business was paying), the Wyndham Palace and the Mariott Orlando World Center for less than $70 per night (using Priceline). I was upgraded to Conceirge at the Wyndham. I still liked the Value resorts at WDW better.

I'm sure you'll have a great time no matter where you stay ;).

I actually book the LBV resort for May 2-9 at a rate of 59.99/night. We were originally booked at POR but at the price of 126/night (last year we paid 84/night). I just couldn't justify the expense. This will also allow us to go to Universal and Seaworld b/c we could afford to rent a car.

Where did you find the "59.99/night"?

Sure, the ONE night I need a DTD resort, this great rate isn't available!

I called and that was the rate I was offered because we were staying for a week. I think it was a very limited offer b/c friends of mine called the next day and they said that rate was no longer available.
