Rooms online?

I tried to look for room availability and cost online @ the official WDW site. No matter which of the Value Resorts that I choose for Labor Day week, says that there is no availability? I have never had this problem before and we go the same week every year. Any suggestions on what the problem would be? I get the same message no matter what, I even tried using different dates for the same week (ie. arriving on Tuesday, or arriving on Thursday of the previous week).

I would call CRO and skip the on-line information.
