I'm trying to plan our next disney trip:woohoo: and instead of our usual 4 traveling we will have an addtional adult and teen. My previous trips have been moderate and one deluxe. Even the standard deluxe only sleeps up to 5. I am looking for advise and thoughts :surfweb: on either 2 moderate rooms or a villa (more money) or CSR junior double? Im not interested in the value suites. I appreciate any thoughts. I'm trying to keep the cost down but at the same time we want to be comfortable.

We need a lot of room also - not that we have 6 people, but everyone needs their own bed!

We went with Old Key West for our upcoming trip. It is more money, but the rooms are supposed to be very spacious.

A two bedroom (if you have AAA you could get a discount) would give you one king-size bed, one queen pull-out sofa, and two queen-size beds in the back bedroom.

This has a full kitchen (you can save some money by eating breakfast and maybe a dinner or two at you resort) and a washer and dryer right in the villa.

If you are looking to save some $ on the room, try renting points from a DVC member. You could possibly get a two bedroom for a reasonable price.

The Fort Wilderness Cabins sleep six as well. We recently stayed in a dedicated two bedroom villa at Saratoga Springs. We were a party of 8 plus an infant and we were quite comfortable. I understand the Old Key West villas are even more spacious. The villas are nicers, IMO, than two rooms at a moderate because you have a central living/kitchen/dining area where everyone can sit and chat, have a cup of coffee in the morning, plan the day, etc. We also made a lot of use of the washer/dryer. We only stayed a couple of nights before we left on a cruise, but it was great to wash up clothes before we headed for Port Canaveral.
