Rooms currently at BWV being refurbed 4th floor

Did they credit you some points, maybe the difference between a standard and BW room? As an owner at BWV I would never book a pool room. We either go with BW or Standard.

No they did not. They didn't offer anything. The pool view room was a refurbished one and they thought that was equivalent to a BW view room. I was not happy. We don't own at BW and were so excited to get a BW view. It was a big let down I understand that refurbishments need done, but that did not take away my disappointment. I just hope that we will be able to get it again at 7 months. Unfortunately we usually travel at busier times because of the kids.
