Rooms close to the lobby at AKL loud?

We are staying at AKL in the Fall and I would like to put in a room request for any of the following rooms:

3108 - 3112 or 2218 - 2220, they are all Standard View with partial Savanna. They are all located by the lobby.

My question: Are they too close to the lobby and noisy?

Has anyone stayed in any of these rooms and can give a review?

I have stayed in a room right next to the lobby with a Savannah view, so not the rooms you mentioned, but still close to the lobby. I never heard a sound when inside the room. I don't remember the room number, but it was the very first room. Awesome location!

Yeah I don't remember it being loud either and we were right above the lobby. Wish I could transport that resort closer as it’s truly one of my favs.

We stayed in 2218. Not noisy at all. Great room!

I stayed in a room directly in the lobby (right at the end of the bridge) and I never had any issues at night but during the day when they had activities and drumming and whatnot you could definitely hear it

I read on the DVC form that if you have a savannah view you will be okay but standard views are loud.

We didn’t have any problems with noise when we stayed there.

We have never had any issue with noise.

Note AK will not take a request for a partial savannah view on a standard view reservation.
