Rooms Available at POR with FTP

Hi all,
I just checked the Disney website and they have released a bunch of rooms of every type at POR for the FTP (at least for the dates that I'll be there in mid-Aug.). So if anyone thinks this might be a good option for them I would jump on it now!

P.S. Do you think this means that they think they will be finished with the renovations by then?

When I tried for my dates rooms were there but only for the AB section.
I think that since the major part of the renovations are in the POFQ right now rooms in certain parts of the POR, will be available.
I think that some had said before that some of the Mansions were the first sections to be done in POR
