Rooms at the PPH?

I have question (so what else is new, eh?) regarding the rooms at the PPH.

I noticed that in pictures some of the rooms have peachish/blueish striped bedspreads, while others have a much nicer looking green/white spread.

Are the nicer looking rooms on the lower or upper floors? I need to be on a lower floor, so I hoping the nicer looking rooms are scattered throughout the resort. I'm debating staying here over NYE so any help would be appreciated.

The green and white bedding is the "new" bedding, the other one the old. There was a recent refurbishment of linens earlier this year (or maybe even last year?), and while I'm not sure if it has already been applied to all rooms or not, I stayed in a standard room last month (no special view, no concierge, etc.) and had the new linens.

I believe that all of the rooms have been redone and the pictures you see of the rooms with the blueish bedspreads are the older linen sets. Everything now has the newer white and green combination. I believe there were also changes to the curtain textiles, carpet, sofa textiles, and some minor accessory changes in the bathroom. So don't worry about getting a room that looks outdated, they have all had a softgoods refurbishment.
