Saw this morning a text message with a PC Optimum verification code was sent to me at 3am. Looks like someone was trying to hack my account. Anything I need to do, I guess I don’t need to change my password since the authentication is there.

Thanks, I took a screenshot of my balance yesterday and today. It looks ok still. Feeling slightly uneasy that I’m a target.

You can “lock” your points so they can’t be redeemed, maybe do that for a bit?

Thank you, I did not know I could do this. I just changed it to earn points only.

I usually keep the account locked from redeeming points and unlock it right before I make a shop using the points. Hope Scene+ has the same feature.

I'm not sure if this was mentioned already, I don't see it. I am earning PC points on doordash orders now, there was a bonus to link the accounts and now I get pts on every order. And dash pass was free for a year with my ama zon prime subscription. UberEats earns you aeroplan pts but only if you spend over $40 before delivery fees/taxes so DD is a better deal.

Unfortunately I don’t think you can “lock” Scene points, I wish you could because I often don’t redeem them until they’re over $1000. If anyone knows how I would love to know

So I have a 20x event..plus tomorrow is a redemption event...can these be.combined...they say cant be combined with othere offers...but these are 2 differnt things..one is earned one is pay

I believe that the 20 times will work for anything paid for in cash. If it is using points such as in a redemption event, you don't get it.

You don’t get points for the portion of your purchase using points. I can make a purchase with partly points and partly cash. If I pay with the required cash amount before taxes after redeeming points, I get points for the cash portion only.

perfect,,,so I will use part redemption and part cash,,,only need $40 purchase for 20x,,,,and redemption is 120 for 200,,so redemption is better up to that amount, then anything over will get the 20x

You can earn and redeem at grocery stores but not at Shoppers.

Just back from Shoppers,,,broke purchase up into 2...1st on was 208.70, 201 before taxes,,,used 120k points, out of pocket was 8.70.
Second purchase was 56.80, points back was 23k with bonus. All good, the 120k spend works out to 40% so better than getting 20x on full purchase.
Girls are all padded up...lol
