rooms at SSR

November is our first trip to SSR, can anyone recommend some specific good studio rooms or rooms to say away from?

I'd suggest that you don't request a specific room. Chances are great that you will only end up disappointed. Think about it; What are the odds of the best room in the place being available when you check in? Instead request an area or a view. Your odds of getting what you want are much higher that way.

HBC is right...I usually only request Medical Non-Smoking (for my sons with asthma and allergies)and have gotten great rooms..we also try to check in as early as possible.

We request non-smoking....the first time, the CM asked if we wanted a view of Downtown Disney. This means that you can see the fireworks at midnight (if you are still awake after a day in the park with a youngster!) We've been at SSR twice, and always had great studios. It is my "new favorite" resort.
