We are having a girls weekend out :earboy2: and we are staying at Pop Century. What rooms or area is best to stay in? We would like something close to the food court and transporation. I have never stayed there before. Any suggestions? Thanks.

We were in the 70's building...we loved it. Near the lake, not too far from the food court and transportation. It was quiet back where we were.

I would reccommend 50's building #3 something on the 3rd or 4th floor facing Epcot! But that's just me! :0)

Next Thursday (12/23) will be our first night at Pop. I would love to be in the 50s building facing EPCOT! Should I call in the next couple of days to request it or just ask when we check in?

I have another question also: we have "room only" nights on either end of our vacation package 12/23 and 12/31. I understand that we have to check out and check back in between each of these "stays." I thought I understood this when I made the reservations but now I am getting nervous. Because we have our package going through 12/30, that still gives us admission to the parks on 12/31 correct? Changing keys over that morning won't affect those park passes will it? We booked the "room only" because we will be leaving early on 1/1 and didn't want to pay for all the admissions that day.

Thanks for any help you can give to straighten out this confused mind!
