We were bumped up one category to cat 7 which was great, but my concern
is we were also bumped from mid-ship to aft. We were mid-ship last cruise
should we have any worries about being aft.:confused3 :confused3
thanks

I was in 6646, a couple rooms down, last September. I'm not very succeptible to motion sickness, so that didn't affect me too much. The location was great at times, and annoying at times - it's a looong walk down that hallway if you're coming from forward, but if you're headed aft already, it's convenient. It was great for the sailaway party - I was able to head right up after passing DH my lifejacket and got a great seat.

That said, I did book mid to forward for our next cruise.

Being aft is very convenient to getting to the Deck 9 buffets, drink station, and pools. It is very quiet and easy to get to the aft elevators. You are also close to the laundry room without being directly across from it. We had very smooth seas, so didn't feel any abnormal amount of movement. We loved being aft.

We prefer aft as well - it's a quick trip up to the drink station/mickey pool/buffet, etc. & a quick trip down to the restaurants. We never had a problem with movement either.

Have been on five cruises and three where in 6624. The other two where further aft one a cat 11 and the other a cat 7. Next is a cat 8 on deck 7 forward and then 6624 on the Magic in October.
