We booked our rooms for All Star Music and was told we would have 1 king bed and one full size, I guess its the handicap room as we will have an electric wheelchair. Does anyone know if that would be considered a preferred room as we really do want that as we want to stay in Toy story. We have a total of 4 rooms so am just wondering if we will all have preferred rooms. Also is there room to have the wheel chair in the room to charge at night or does it have to be left outside? Thank you

...there is no Toy Story Section at All-Star Music. Do you mean Movies?

There are HA rooms in every section. If you want a Preferred Room, book a Preferred Room.

H/A rooms are available throughout the resort, not necessarily preferred. Does your reservation indicate "Standard" or "Preferred" in the description? Preferred is a bookable category and while you can request to be close to the main buildings/transportation, if you don't book a preferred room I would not expect to be placed there. Same with the rest of the rooms in your party -- if you want to be close, book preferred.

You should have space in the room to keep the wheelchair for charging overnight.
