Room Temperature Meds?

Okay I need some advice. It turns out DS needs to take meds that need to be stored at "room temperature" during the day while we are at Disney. Our first trip is in September and I know that the temps outside are not exactly room temperature. But I am afraid a small cooler with an ice pack is too cold. I am thinking wrapping the meds in a towel and then placing them in a cooler?

Has anyone come up with a good solution for this?

I would try an insulated lunch bag WITHOUT an ice pack. That should keep the product at the temperature it was when placed in the insulated bag (it insulates against the air outside). By not using an ice pack, and putting the "room temperature" med in the bag, it should be kept at a fairly stable temp. Not sure it would work for overly extended period of time (days in a row) but it should work for a day out-and-about in the parks.

Good luck and enjoy your vacation!

As soon as you get to a Park go to First Aid. They will store the medicines for you. Normally they will store them in a refrigerator, but they can also just store them in a cabinet. As the locations are Air Conditioned, the temperature ill be about in the 70s in the building.

Just what I was going to write.

Thank you! I will try to judge what time we get in the parks and what time and where we will be to see if First Aid will work for us. Glad to know this is an option.

Yes, go to the 1st aide station! They are very good at storing your meds.
