We're planning a trip to DL for next March. We went there two years ago and loved it. We stayed at the GC, and are considering either Paradise Pier or the Disneyland hotel for this trip. Last trip there was only 3 of us, so we had plenty of room. We'll have 4 adults and 1 child this time. Are the rooms at either hotel big enough or will we be better off upgrading to a suite? Thanks!

Jim

At the DLH the hotel room felt plenty big for our family of 5. I believe the GC rooms are the smallest of the 3 hotels. That being said, with 4 adults you might want to decide if one room offers you enough privacy. Also, sometimes 2 rooms are cheaper than a suite (or most of the time?) so you might want to price it out.

The rooms should be plenty big...two queens and a sofa bed.

We are a family of 2 parents, 2 kids and we found the room very roomy and comfortable. As mentioned, you have 2 queens plus the twin-sized sofa bed, so you should have plenty of room if privacy/bathroom sharing aren't issues

Thanks, everybody. Might just go with two standard rooms. Looks to be a lot cheaper than a suite. :thumbsup2
