Has anyone ever had room service deliver champagne to the beach at the Polynesian , or anyone know if they will do this ? Thanks !

I do know that the Cast Members will do a lot to help you make something special happen. If you are celebrating something talk to the resort concierge you can find that person in the lobby of the Grand Ceremonial House and chat with them about what you'd like to do. They will let you know what is possible.

My roommate works front desk at YC. He said hes not positive but if a guest asked him this question at the front desk he would tell them they don't offer that

The issue is, when you deliver room service, you go directly to a room and you know who is getting it. Anyone on the beach could say "oh yeah, that's for us"

Well, there's that. Plus, I don't think they allow glass on the beach.

They don't allow it. If anything glass gets broken it's almost impossible to be sure that all pieces have been retrieved. Then you have a real hazard to guests.

Great point. Didn't even cross my mind! I guess that's why I don't work in on the resort side!

To tell the rest of the story My Wife and I were married at the Polynesian 20 years ago at lookout point , we are going back to stay in a couple of months and was hoping to do a 20 year toast at lookout point (not the beach sorry I should have been more clear ) I checked with Disney Weddings they want 1200.00 for a small beach service I'm guessing that would be near Luau cove because they don't offer any services at lookout point anymore besides my budget for this is only around 200.00 , I will try Guest services upon arrival if that doesn't work Ill BYOB and make it work !

^^Congrats! Yes, go for a nice dinner, then head back to Lookout Point with your own champagne! Easily done for $200!

I agree - you can get a bottle in the gift shop! Pack plastic champagne flutes (or see if they have them?). Enjoy!
