Room service still 24 hrs?

Some folks have said that room service on Disney Cruises are no longer 24 hrs. Is this true?!

I have heard that it stops at midnight on the night before debarkation but didn't see anything about it not being 24 on other days. I've watched (way too many VLOGS) with people ordering room service way past midnight . That will be ordering Mickey Bars and wings at that time

We ordered at 5 or 5:30am one day on our Alaskan cruise (yay toddlers and time changes) and it was readily available.

In general how long after you order does the food get to your room? I also have toddlers and want coffee in the room while everyone is getting ready. I heard some people order the carafe at night and it's still warm but I dunno...

For room service Continental breakfast you can hang the order form

with your selections on your door before you go to bed, checking off the 1/2 hr time slot you want it delivered and for us it's usually in the early part of that time. (We use it as a wake up call and quick breakfast on early port days.) For our after 10pm orders of cheese plate/fries/Mickey bars we've received those within 15 minutes on the Magic/Wonder...but there is no guarantee... depends on how many orders they get at once, how complicated your order is, and how many people they have making deliveries. Just remember to tip your delivery person--we usually do $1/item.

Having sailed recently they still had the door hangers in the stateroom to order breakfast. You can also call room service and set up an early morning coffee delivery. We did this on our last sailing at Thanksgiving.

When I ordered room service this past March, it would take about 30 minutes.

It varies. 30 minutes is a common time but we have been told 20-30 and gotten food in 15. Depends on what you order, when you order it and how busy they are.

Also they say you can tip on the app but that has never worked for me since the restart so I recommend keep some dollar bills around to give a cash tip to the person who brings you the food/drinks.

At 5-6am it took about 15-20 minutes on our cruise (and that was with my weird husband ordering chicken wings at o’dark o’clock)

As others have mentioned, you can fill out the door tag and have coffee delivered to you in the morning. This doesn't work on the final morning, however. In that case, you'd have to order a carafe the night before and hope that it stays warm. Or, just wait until breakfast and get some coffee there. Cove Cafe is also open on the final morning, if you're up and ready before the others and don't mind venturing out.

We were on DCL 2 weeks ago, they delivered all but the debarking day. we got the order within 10 minutes. Also, you can leave an order form for breakfast hanging before midnight and they will deliver at the requested time. We asked for breakfast at 6:15 and it was there
