Room service on deluxe dining

Hello, I arrive at GF at 8pm after travelling from UK so was thinking of ordering room service. Now I think I read somewhere that this will use 2 credits so thinking of ordering 2 meals to split between the 4 of us. Just wanted to hear from anyone who has ordered room service what was the quality like and is this a good idea?? Thanks

We ordered room service for breakfast at YC last spring. Honestly it was a huge waste of 2 credits. It wasn't all that much food (there's no way we could have shared), and the food quality was okay, but nothing special. I think the waiter put more time and effort into setting everything up in our room (took him almost 20 minutes!) than the cooks did preparing the food.

It seemed like a convenient way to get breakfast early in the morning, but afterwards we all agreed it wasn't worth it. Especially if using DP credits. I think it cost us about $140 worth of credits, but we could have ordered OOP for under $100.

Be careful. If you order a pizza from room service at a deluxe, that one pizza is considered a room service meal for 2 and they will charge you 4 credits.
