Does anyone know any better word in the English Language than donuts???
I just was looking at the room service menu, and saw that there's a box marked donuts :goodvibes
but there's no place for me to mark that i'd like 1 chocolate and 1 jelly. should i just write that on the paper, or are you just stuck with yucky plain cake donuts? or are they light and fluffy breaths of morning goodness.

We never had room service bring them, so I'm not sure how you specify them. We were on deck 8 aft so it was really easy to just go up the stairs, grab a plate and pile some on. WARNING - they are really sweet - especially the chocolate ones. I think they first glaze them and then put chocolate on. My kids LOVED them, but I could only do a bite or two.

We always just ran up to topsiders for them...though they are NOT fresh donuts like you would get from krispy kreme or dunkin donuts..they are frozen and defrosted...they are good, just not like fresh donut shop donuts.

If they're the same ones served at Topsiders, they're Krispy Kremes. We all know the plain glazed and kreme filled are the best!! ;)

Yep..I believe they are Krispy Kremes!

For sure they are Krispy Kremes ::yes:: I was sort of shocked when I saw them taken from the actual box....I thought Disney baked most of that kind of stuff themselves? :confused3

The crossants they bake themselves. And they are GREAT

The donuts come from Krispy Kreme (frozen then thawed) - now all we need is a microwave to make them "store fresh"

My kids, who beg for donuts, could not stomach the ones from room service. They were thawed from frozen and wrapped in plastic, making them a sticky soggy mess. Sorry, just one family's opinion. In any event, you can write whatever you want on the card, we requested certain muffins and fruit and were always given what we asked for.

In the restaurants they are NOT the icky sticky oooey gooey soggy mess that you described. They are actually not to bad. I had to sneak them. DW doesn't like me eating the donuts.

MMMMMM Krispy Kreme donuts. This is one of at least 3 pallets of donuts being loaded on the Magic in October 2004.

Oh bummer, they're Krispy Kremes? DH and I don't care for them, the double dip is just too much sweet.

Oh darn, guess we'll just have to live with muffins. :cool1: Hopefully we're talking blueberry and not BRAN :earseek: :rotfl:

Orgasm? Just my $0.02. :rotfl:

Yes you can specify what kind you want and they make every attempt to fulfill it, plus more!! My 2 DD's loved the chocolate ones, and we asked for those every morning, it was much more fun for them to answer the door and have it delivered and watch TV and eat breakfast than wait for me and DH to get up, showered and dressed before they could attack the donuts. Made it easy to relax in the am.

This could be dangerous. I am NOT going to tell my DH the donuts are Krispy Kreme. ;)

And no one here had better tell him either. ;)

Krispy Kreme donuts on board the DCL!!! I am really going to work hard on DH now to get booked for Nov '06. My nearest KK store is nearly 200 miles away just outside London :sad2: I have told DH when we visit AKL in Oct this year the first stop is kRISPY kREME'S on the 192. For now I'll have to keep slobbering at the web site :rotfl2:
