Room Restocking for Renters at BWV

My fam is checking in to a 1BR at BWV rented with DVC points tomorrow and I'm wondering if we need to bring our own coffee (and if so, what type) as well as whether we need additional laundry detergent? I can't for the life of me remember how much coffee and laundry detergent they leave in there and if they restock for renters and am unsure what's what with Covid protocols anyhow. TIA!

Coffee is prepackaged and there will be one (maybe two) packages. They will replenish the coffee for free now, you just need to ask.

Typically, there will only be one package of laundry detergent. Not sure if they stopped charging for more like they did with the coffee.

The coffee grounds will be in those little filter packs that supposedly make coffee, but it's way weaker than we like, so we always bring our own coffee grounds and flat-bottom 10-12 cup filters. I can't tell you about laundry detergent because we always bring our own, but I've read some posts on the DVC Resorts page that make me think the current detergent Disney provides is not thought of highly. YMMV, of course.

We stayed in a 1-bdrm at BLT over New Year's (on points, and we're members). The detergent is a no-dye/no fragrance 2-load bottle and we got 2 of them. Only stayed 3 nights, so can't comment on mid-stay restocking.

We stayed in BWV one bedroom about two weeks ago. We had two bottles of the Ecos laundry detergent (each bottle good for two average loads - but I didn't really care for it). We had two pouches of regular and one of decaf when we checked in. We didn't stay four nights, so we got no servicing of the room except for daily trash pickup/security check. If you don't like the Joffrey's coffee and prefer something else, you'll also need to provide your own coffee filters (Mr Coffee style, flat bottom basket type filter 10-12 cup size).

If you are there for four nights or more, you will get your room serviced on day 4, day 8, etc. If longer than eight nights, you will get a full cleaning on day 4 and trash and towel service on day 8. If seven nights or less, you only get you supplies replaced on day 4, no cleaning services provided.
