Room / Resort change with an offer

The room type I want for CBR isn’t available at the moment but I want to book taking advantage of the 50th offer. If the room type I want (which is valid under the offer T&Cs) at a later date can I change it and still take advantage of the offer? Equally if another resort opens (French Quarter) at a later date can I change to that and still have my offer benefits?

What "50th offer"? Are you talking about a hypothetical or is there a 50th anniversary offer out that I haven't heard about? I don't see any room offer currently on disneyworld.com that mentions the 50th anniversary.
