When you get your hardcopy reservation in the mail, should it have any view/etc requests printed on it? When I made my reservation through CRO, they verifed my room request verbally, but nothing is printed on my hardcopy (just my room dates, amounts, guests, etc). I'm not sure if that is something that should be printed on that part of the reservation. Anybody?:confused3

I've never had any specific requests listed on my mailed reservations. I've even called CRO to verify any special requests, and they swear that they're there, so I just believe them. I remember specifically arriving at the Poly one year and having the check-in CM say, "I see you've requested a balcony" even though it wasn't on my confirmation.

So I think you'll only have the "facts" listed on your reservation, including guests, room category (not a specific view/building/etc.), and price. That's been my experience anyway.

YOu won't get any of your specific requests listed on your reservation confirmation. Those are automatically generated and I would imagine it would be difficult to get all the typewritten notes some people request on there. It used to be that your smoking preferance was noted but that's gone away. The requests are in the computer system and will try to be met in order that you listed them.
