Room reservation keeps disappearing

Not sure if this is the right board so move this if necessary.

We booked a package through a TA and recently I have had the room reservation disappear twice. The tickets and dining reservations are still showing up, only the room keeps vanishing. My agent called and got it fixed the first time, or so we thought. It was there for a few days and now gone again. She is supposed to be calling them again.

Does anyone know why this would keep happening? This is my first time using an agent because I was afraid of stuff like this. If it happens a third time I think I'll cancel because I hate to think of getting to Disney and having no place to stay. Sad because we were getting a great deal at a resort we've never been able to stay in but maybe it's too good to be true

Disney's reservation system has many, many bugs like this. We've had FP+ reservations, ADRs, and our room reservations disappear quite a few times. I've gotten to know a couple of their IT people quite well because of it.

It's got nothing to do with the fact you used a TA.

Yeah I'm not sure how much I'm loving this new (to me) system. MDE and FP+ in particular. Haven't been since 2012 so it's a whole new concept, but the MDE in particular seems to have a few bugs.

My agent did just get back with me and said that the room keeps getting cancelled but no one at Disney can figure out why. Here's to hoping the third time's a charm and everything sticks!

IMHO, when it works it's great! But like all technology, when it doesn't..
