Room requirements

Anyone know how I can go about requesting a certain room for my booking and also letting them know the booking is for a honeymoon? Is it better to ring or email the Santa Fe hotel?

Also does anyone have a map of the layout of Santa Fe rooms, so I can try and request a smiliar positioned one to the one we had last time.
